The institution is located in an ecologically clean area near Suksunsky pond and stunning coniferous forest. 125 kilometers separate the complex from the city of Perm, 50 kilometers from Kungur. A half hour will take a trip to Yekaterinburg. In the vicinity of the hotel complex there are interesting natural sites: Gray Stone, Plakun Waterfall. Also nearby is a museum of antiquity.

The infrastructure of the tourist base includes a Russian bath, a Finnish sauna, relaxation areas with areas for barbecue. There is a banquet hall, a karaoke room, billiards and table tennis areas on site.

Accommodation is possible in a standard room, Relax house or a large cottage. The standard class room is equipped with the necessary furniture, a TV with an LCD screen and a private bathroom with a shower. Each block of the house called Relax has a bedroom, a billiard room, a sauna and a bathroom. One of the blocks also has a tea room and a shower room with the function of a Turkish bath.
